To follow Christ’s methods in reproducing disciples.
The Bible is the fully and uniquely inspired, written Word of God. Without error in the original documents, it is sufficient and authority for faith and practice.
The one true and living God is the Creator, sovereign ruler and preserver of all things, whether visible or invisible.
Jesus the Christ is the second person of the triune Godhead. Conceived by the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary, Jesus is fully God and fully man. His sinless life and death upon the cross paid the penalty for our sins. On the third day, Jesus arose bodily from the grave and is now enthroned at the right hand of the Father in heaven.
The Holy Spirit is the third person of the triune Godhead, equal in substance with the Father and the Son. The Helpers' ministry is to glorify Jesus Christ, convict the world of sin, regenerate those who repent, and believe, sanctify and empower true believers for godly living and service.
God created man in His own image and likeness with the ability to choose between right and wrong. Through Adam’s free choice and ours, we have all rebelled against God. We have fallen from this original design and received a sinful nature that each generation has inherited. Yet through Jesus Christ, God freely offers His mercy and grace to all, enabling everyone who turns to Jesus the Messiah will receive a pardon and an atoning cleansing from sin.
Jesus Christ made full payment for the sins of all who call upon His name by shedding His own blood upon the cross as a perfect and sufficient sacrifice.
When people respond to the convicting work of the Holy Spirit and trust in Christ for salvation, they experience a spiritual rebirth. The believer becomes a new creature in Jesus Christ and receives the Holy Spirit as his helper and witness.
The fullness of the Holy Spirit is a biblical term used to describe that work of graceful mercy in the believer's heart after the new birth. This infilling of the Holy Spirit is an experience of cleansing, empowering, and sanctification for the believers. The progressive aspect of sanctification is that process of growth into Christian maturity, Christ-likeness, and practical godliness, which results from a humbly obedient walk.
There will be a resurrection of the body for both the saved and unsaved that have died. For those who are saved, they will be in the immediate presence of God and for those who are not covered in Jesus' blood; they will be cast into Hell "the lake of fire".
The Church is the universal body of Christ composed of all true believers in Christ, with Christ being the head. All Christians are members of one holy universal Church. As such, we should love one another, build each other up in the faith and obey Christ's Great Commission by reaching the entire world with the Gospel of Jesus.
